Vybz Kartel Banned Again
Ever
since the new year it was reported that Vybz kartel & Mavado had been banned from performing
in certain Islands due to the extremity of their music lyrics and the effect that it has been having on the youths.
Kartel had so far been banned by Grenada, Guyana, and Barbados, but now most recently St. Lucia has also been added to that
list. The deejay was scheduled to do a huge show in St. Lucia for May 1st, but due to the kind of negative attention
it had been drawing throughout the island, the committee has now come to a final decision to cancel the artist
after having gone through a long two week contreversy regarding the upcoming concert.
Vybz Kartel
who has never been able to perform in the United States nor some other countries abroad, had
always been able to stage his music throughout the different Caribbean Islands but now that too seems to be coming to
a halt, which may scream serious financial setbacks for the deejays music career.

Caribbean Girl has a nice melody with nice vocals which will appeal to a wider
audience. There is no need for parental guidance on this track. This artist records some good lyrics but most of them will
not get a play in the pastor’s house. I like the track My Youth but we could do with an edited version for the radio.
Some conscious lyrics which address the ways of the youths nowadays in the UK. This should go down very well with the youths even me as an elder find this has an appeal so I would give
this 7 out of 10. Check out Stylo G @ http://www.myspace.com/stylog

Demolition
Man Don’t Watch Me
track Info... Double (AA) side 7" Vinyl - Pre Release Label: Diviniti Productions A side: Hot Gyal Artist:
Jigih Paul B side: Don’t Judge Me Artist: Demolition Man
Positive lyric from demolition Man with a dance hall vibes this should go down very well on the dance floor nice mix
but I felt that the vocals could have been higher in the mix. This is available on a 7” single right now in your record
shops back to back with Jigih P Paul Hot Gyal.
This is what I am talking about this track is polished and ticks all the boxes. Jigih rides this Riddim like a jockey on a
horse. His vocal is crisp and clear in the mix. The two are on the same Riddem but Jigih sounds like his was mixed in Jamaica. I give this track 8 out of 10, 2010 looking good for Jigih, 2010 here comes Jigih.

CHI-CHING
RADIO edit
This track certainly has a lot of
vibes, I am sure that it will go down hype on the dance floor. A whole lot of grove going on for the dancers, you have to
be dead not to nod your head to this one very nice backing track. Lexus Superior has added the cream on top with a polished vocal.
This is not just one of them head top vibes, its was thought through and then put together very nicely with artistic flare.
This gets ten out of ten for quality and consideration with the radio edit. Big tune for 2010 press play on player below to
hear sample

Romain Vergo olde murdera is doing well sa he expresses sentiments about the peadophiles
in the world, who claim that they are gangsters. We find them in a lot of communities making a lot of noise. Compliments to
the Artist for burning fire on these kind of nasty men. This follows in a simmiler vain as Daddy don’t touch me there.
